Change Paynent Information
For enhanced security MTB does not store or keep credit/debit or any other payment info on our end, all payment information is controlled solely by the processor themselves (stripe/authorize).
If you used Stripe to checkout, you can manage and change your payment information at http://mytvboss.net/portal , you will use the email you signed up with. To receive a one time password that will allow you to manage the payment information.
However if you cannot use the stripe portal, or it is not working for you, you can follow the below steps, to accomplish a change of payment information.
You will need to cancel your current auto renew agreement, which you can do by logging in at mytvboss.net and clicking the cancel auto renew button on the my orders page, And then go to packages, to order a new subscription using the new payment method.
1. Login to MyTvBoss.net
2. On the my orders page, click cancel autobrenew near the top right for the order with the outdated information.
3. Click packages in the menu, and order the package you want, with your new card info.
4. Go back to the my orders page to get the user/pass for your new order (may take up to 12 minutes to appear), or check your email for the subscription info email.
