Troubleshooting guide
Follow The Steps Below To Fix Buffering and many other issues.
1. Run a speed test on your streaming device. You need a download speed of atleast 20mbps, the more the better.
If speeds are not close to the advertised speed you pay for, move onto step 2, if speeds are above 20mbps and are close to what you pay for and still having issues move to step 3.
2. Restart your ISP Modem and Router. You can do this by unplugging both ISP Modem and Router for at least 1 minute, then turn it back ON.
This is to refresh the ISP, and device connection. After this, redo step 1.
3. Clear apps cache and check device storage, kill background tasks.
You can do this by going to your device settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps, look for the app that you are using for streaming My Tv Boss, click clear cache.
Now go to settings > storage
Make sure you are not using more than 90% of available space. If storage is low, delete any unneeded apps and files.
Install Fast Task Killer and run it to kill background task and free up memory. Mytvboss.net/ftk
